ConServ Epoxy 100 Consolidant is a 2 part Epoxy system that is non structural, slow curing, and a low viscosity. It is designed to saturate and encapsulate wood decay, prime damaged areas, and seal the end grain of new wood to prevent future decay. ConServ Epoxy W100 Consolidant is a 2 part Epoxy system that is non structural and a low viscosity. W100 is a faster curing version of the original ConServ Epoxy 100, designed especially for cold weather applications. ConServ 200 Flexible Epoxy Patch is a non-structural epoxy system for filling cavities, voids and surface imperfections in wood. The 200 is the original formula and slow cure rate. We also have available:W200 - fast curing for cold weather or just a quicker cure.
S200 - extra slow curing designed for hot weather.
ConServ 200 is flexible enough to withstand some of the ongoing expansion and contraction of wood. It is easily tooled, carved, planed, drilled or sanded.

Multipurpose Structural Epoxy Adhesive 552 - caulkable dual cartidge

ConServ Epoxy 552 Structural Epoxy Adhesive is a medium viscosity, 2:1 mix ratio, room temperature or heat cure epoxy. This product has a room temperature working time of 90 minutes, and will cure virtually completely in 24 hours at 72°F. This product has very specifically sized glass beads added to it to ensure proper bond-line thickness, and prevent joint starvation from over-clamping. It is sandable and paintable, so squeeze out is easily handled post cure. This 552 epoxy formulation will bond to wood, FRP, fiberglass, steel, aluminum and masonry that is clean and dry. The product is available in prepackaged 450 ml dual-cartridges. Use with ConServ Epoxy's Dual Cartridge Applicator 900-300XL and Static Mixing Tips.

ConServ Epoxy 552 Structural Epoxy Adhesive is a medium viscosity, 2:1 mix ratio, room temperature or heat cure epoxy.
